Personal favorites not yet mentioned:

20mm f3.5 AI-S. Tiny little thing, well-built and fits anywhere. Handles shots into the sun with grace. Put a K1 coupling ring between body and lens, and you have extreme wide angle closeups for a terrific, different look.

135mm f3.5. Dirt cheap, very solid contruction, light, and reasonably fast for long portraiture. Very sharp and nice bokeh.

55mm f2.8 micro: Simply grand. Just watch for oily aperture blades. Light and compact, and a great "just in case" lens.
