Just a slight rotation -- not much. You'll lose the brim at the left but the wrist will be moved into nearly the centre of the frame.

i am a bit surprised that you want to see lighter shadows than this. they seem pretty light already to me. i don't know if our monitors are showing the same thing. if you have the option, try viewing it on an ipad (or iPhone) screen, and let me know if you still think the shadows need lightening.

I find the skin on her neck and chest nicely detailed and it seems that brightening it a touch would help bring that detail out. Not much, otherwise the dodge will be obvious. Given how bright the background is, this may be question of taste. I'd also consider fiddling with the plastic-wrapped stems under her arm to bring these out more.
