12-60 & 50-200 on EM-5?

Although I'm not a fan of the EM-5's ergonomics, I'm leaning in its direction as a solution to finding a small-ish, lighter, weather-sealed alternative to my larger E-cameras. The weather-sealing is my most important reason for looking at the EM-5.

I don't want to invest in an inventory of M4:3 lenses, though, so I'm inquiring about what I might expect in the way of AF if I couple my 12-60 and 50-200 lenses to this camera via an adapter. I'm not too concerned about weight imbalances. That I can handle. I'd also be purchasing the battery grip.

Your insights and input are appreciated.
