Teleconverter magnification comparison. (5 imgs)

Just playing around here folks.

This is just to show the magnification of different teleconverters. I used the K-5 II along with the Pentax-F*300mm f4.5 lens.

As you can see, and as has been stated before, the Tamron-F 1.4X Pz_AF and the Kenko 1.5X Pz_AF are identical magnification.

Also, as you can see, and as has been stated before, the Promaster Spectrum 7 1.7X Pz_AF is less magnification than the Pentax-F 1.7X AF Adapter.

Image #1 - No teleconverter.

Image #2 - Tamron-F 1.4X Pz_AF

Image #3 - Kenko 1.5X Pz_AF

Image #4 - Promaster Spectrum 7 1.7X Pz_AF

Image #5 - Pentax-F 1.7X AF Adapter

Carl - 'What do you mean? It will only take 1/1000s.'
'Keep your eyes looking forward. However, glance back now and then to see where you've come from. It will put a smile on your face.' ~ brandrx
