Re: NX300 + wireless flash trigger + Yongnuo YN560 II Flash Speedlite

I got the triggers and they work the same on the NX300 as on your NX210, I have to pull back just a tad to make it work.

As for the front and rear curtain control: it does not work since the camera does not senses that there is a trigger connected. I do not know why is that the NX300 doesn't recognize any off-brand flash or flash trigger connected to the hotshoe. Is this a firmware or a hardware problem?

Otherwise it works consistently for every shot. If I dial the flash power down to 1/8 power I can shoot in normal continuous drive mode, which is 5 fps RAW files and get the flash triggered in each frame. That's great!

The only problem is that when attached to the hotshoe and using the 18-200mm lens, the zoom ring touches the trigger and makes some annoying noise that freaks me out

I had the same issue with the larger size of the 50-200. My solution was to buy a Pixel TF-322, it's a hot shoe adapter that basically raises the height of the hot shoe 1/2" or so. Not an elegant solution but workable.
