Question about the Olympus 12-40mm measurements in the patent

If you go to http://egami.blog.so-net.ne.jp/2013-03-15 you'll see the patent for three 12-40mm lenses.  After the summary block the image below is shown.  It appears to be the measurements for all three variations of the lenses.  In order to get these measurements, does Olympus actually have all 3 lenses built or can this be determine via some sort of software?

The top one would be the 12-40mm f2.8

(b) is the 12-40mm f2.8-4.0

(c) is the 12-40mm f4.0

From the left, in Inf, spherical aberration, astigmatism, distortion, lateral chromatic aberration
