Thinking of switching to Nikon D600 for wildlife. Worried about dirty sensor.

I am thinking of switching from my Olympus system (E-5) to the Nikon system. I had pretty much decided on a D600 weeks ago until I read about the grease and dust issues with the sensor. Has Nikon fixed this problem? When I went to Mike's Camera store in Denver this afternoon, the sales person assured me that the D600 dirty sensor issue has been fixed in the newer cameras. Is this true? My hobby is photographing wildlife (deer, elk, bears, lions, etc). I am thinking of pairing the D600 with Nikon's new 80-400mm lens. Do you think that I would be happy with the D600? Or do you recommend a different camera for my wildlife photography? Thanks in advance! Dean
