Konica-Minolta possibly coming back....in micro 4/3?

Hello gang - although there are few and far between here anymore....

I've been noticing with much interest that Konica-Minolta has been submitting various patents for several (or more) lenses designed for micro 4/3 cameras.  Rumor has it that they wind up entering the fray again, but this time within the micro 4/3 consortium.  If this is true - as an old Konica user from long time ago - I would be happy to see this happen.  This especially so since I've adopted the micro 4/3 field and a variety of Olympus and Panasonic cameras.  The patent submissions show a prime, a regular 14-42 (equivalent to 28-84), a wide angle zoom, and more.

What do you all think about KM possibly making a comeback, but this time as a competitor within the growing micro 4/3 world?
