The biggest problem you will have with light is the photos in the churches.

I think photos at night will be tough. Just my two cents.

Evening shots outside in twilight will be difficult even with a 30mm f/1.4 lens. A small pocket tripod and ball head would be useful so the camera can be braced against the side of a building or something else at hand.
