If you already have NEX6, you can get Loreo 3D lens. I'm using it for years with Minolta/Sony-Alpha/Sony-NEX.

Quality _is_ good enough for A4 anaglyph prints. This includes the all-too-important dynamic range that you probably cannot achieve with a compact camera.

Now I'm studying the single-lens-3d route - obtaining anaglyphs from a regular lens. I'm experimenting with a self-made analog of now extinct QDOS lens. Right now I'm stuck on finding/developing automatic color-vignetting-correction procedure.

And you may find here (http://www.instructables.com/id/Use-Your-Camera-To-Capture-3D-Anaglyphs/) an alternative approach to single-lens-3d; I didn't tried it. It's the cheapest method one can imagine.

Regards,

Oleg.
