It's by no means complete, but it's getting there. It certainly shouldn't be limited to the Pen/GF form factor. In fact, Panasonic did a good job with the G3 - if they wanted to produce some bigger, faster zooms, they wouldn't look out of place on that camera.

I've long thought an E-510 sized/shaped camera, with a Micro Four Thirds mount, would be a very nice compromise. Absent the need for a mirror box, Olympus could give it a big, bright viewfinder, fill it to the brim with every possible feature imaginable, and it wouldn't look bad with legacy Four Thirds lenses, or a newer range of Micro Four Thirds 'no compromises' glass.
