ok so if i buy NX lents i need to use them manualy on DLSR

No. You will not be able to use NX lenses on the Samsung/Pentax or any other DSLR. There are no adapters available for that purpose. Even if there were, most NX lenses use fly-by-wire focusing which means they need two-way electrical communication with the camera in order to focus. Just turning the focus ring does nothing unless that communication exists. There would also be no way of controlling the aperture as it is also electronic.

if i buy or use DLSR lenses (Nikon, Pentax...) on NX i get them manually

Yes, you can buy adapters to use most brands of DSLR lenses on an NX camera. You will have to focus manually and set the aperture manually. Avoid lenses with fly-by-wire focusing such as some of the Olympus models. The easiest lenses to use are those with manual aperture rings. Otherwise you need an adapter that has a lever or slider for aperture control. Such adapters are available for use with Pentax, Nikon and Canon lenses (and possibly others) but setting the aperture this way involves some guesswork. A dedicated aperture ring is more precise and more convenient.
