SL1 - Question regarding controls and handling.

Hi SL1 owners.

I haven't gotten my hands on an SL1 yet, so was wondering if you could answer a quick question for me...

I use "back button" AF exclusively, and noticed that the "star" (AF-On) button on the back of the SL1 has been relocated lower and further to the right - to the edge of the camera. Has this presented a handling problem for anyone when using this button for Autofocus? Can you still maintain a firm grip? Are you just as stable?

I ask this because I regularly use a number of larg-ish lenses, sometimes for several hours at a time. I currently don't have an issue at all with my T4i using big lenses, even when I was shooting (handheld) the monstrous new 200-400 f/4L recently (which BTW is one sweet lens). So I do have this concern regarding button placement. I'm asking because I'd like to keep a (very) compact body with me behind the seat of my truck (nice to have something always at the ready!).

So any feedback would be most welcome. TIA.
