Re: Going Native?

There could be some tough trade offs ahead for some.  Better sensors versus focus and some have expressed concerns about the EVF.

I want native, I don't want a micro with 4/3s as a after thought.

I usually use manual focus but when I need AF for moving subjects, I need it to work right and fast. I didn't spend the money to replace my exceptionally sharp original 50-200 with a SWD version just to have it hobbled on a mft.

Just out of curiosity, would your answer differ if Olympus achieved 90%, 100%, or 110% of AF focus speed of the E-5?

As fast or faster will be needed in both AF and C-AF. I can barely catch dragonflies on the wing now, any slower just will not do.

Honestly the only reason I'd consider it at all is the improvements in the sensor, other than that the E 5 is fine for my needs.
