Re: Cognitive dissonance

Well, the Nx1000 is, in my opinion, the best deal going, currently.  A superb camera for the price.  Put the 16mm on it and Wow!  Wonderful baggy pocket camera with a beautiful wide angle and great image quality.  I've gotten so many fine images from mine in the short time I've owned it.  It led me to the NX-20, but I still love the NX1000 and keep the 16mm on it, mostly.  Great landscapes and all around shooting set-up.  I will put the bigger lenses on the NX-20 (just ordered).

I had a similar experience, was shooting, climbed up on something and when I stepped down, caught my foot and fell hitting a fence post.  Camera survived, but broke my glasses.  Lucky it was not worse.

Pity about them stealing your camera.  Sad that such people have to share our world, but I really like your attitude and very correct, I think.

If it were me, I'd definitely replace the NX1000, but that's me.  Good luck whatever you decide!
