First, neither Sony m43 nor sony APS-C sensors are BSI.

Second, EVERY analogue electronic device is sensitive to electromagnetic induction, including ADC schemes in the sensor. Moreover, being MORE sensitive is a good thing in a sensor.

On the other hand, it is a responsibility of any electronic device NOT to generate EM waves outside of those approved by FCC or other local governing body, and the lens apparently does generate them.
