... It becomes an EASIER and BETTER way.

I am presently at a caving conference that has included a section on 3D photography. And, in fact, I just got done looking at a poster containing average size stereo shots. There was a viewer available, but I just quickly and easily free-viewed it instead. Amazing how easy it is when you know what you are doing.

Get with the program.

First of all I must say I truly appreciate the way Mod treats all here. It's amazing, since it's really not easy to be a mod. Good work. Nice.

Coming back to the matter of cross-view vs parallel view, I must stress that we are all the while talking about free-viewing. Free-viewing means the ability to see 3D pairs 'naturally' without using any kind of viewing aid.

Thus, to those who have been using or like to use viewing aids (viewers), parallel-view may be the 'better' choice for them by the very fact that the majority of 3D pairs are in that format.

For free-viewing, one has the choice of choosing a universally superior and easier method.
