EF-M 22mm @ 1/30th sec: am I in trouble?

I've had the 22mm for several hours and, as usual, put it through it's paces taking random shots both inside and out. I've noticed most of my test photos taken at 1/30th, even 1/40th, of a second are blurred. I know the 22mm has no IS and I do have some hand shake.

I do not take photos inside using a tripod and, at this point in time, have no intention of buying an external flash. Of course, I'm going to give the lens more time than a couple of hours but would like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem (and I am not blaming the lens!).
