FZ200: Best cameran settings for sharpest tellephoto shots?

Hello newly found friends!

I have been taking shots with my FZ200 and the Nikon TC-E15ED extender. It is mounted properly with the Panasonic accessory lens tube and a step down ring. All glass appears to be perfectly clean. However, when zooming in to 100%, with plenty of sunlight, the subject is blurry.

I've the sharpness and noise according to Grahams Youtube tutorial recommendations. I've also tried using the "conversion" setting in the camera, and numerous autofocus modes. All of the photos have the same blurry image while I should be getting nice sharp lines.

Are the photos below typical of what I should expect? I think I've seen better photos posted with these TC's, with tack sharp subjects, but perhaps not.

What other settings should I be using?

Thanks very much for your time.
