For video the lens really doesn't affect the sharpness. The actual resolvable resolution of even 1080p video is far below even the worst m4/3s lens.

At those focal lengths Great IS or a tripod is absolutely required. I do a lot of indoor low light long focal length video with the GH3 and 35-100mm lens. F2.8 vs. F4.0 is a huge difference for low light.

Even with the IS in lens I still wish I had used a mono pod for this video.
