I suggest you at least set ISO manually, further more, try manual mode.

For shutter speed, you should always try 1/30 to make motion smooth.

Under low light, my settings is usually f2, 1/30, ISO100-ISO800. If the video is still dark, then let it be dark. You don't need to capture what your eyes can not see.
