20mm? should be 18mm or 16mm. Re: Missed Opportunity ? 20mm - no thanks

28mm is the most I would go if  potrait is the main object, such as fashion or landscape  with "I have been here" signature.

24mm is the most I would go for pure and panoramic style landscape, although I rarely find good opportunity without distracting element with such wide angle.

But for archtecuture, either indoors or outdoors, 21mm is a must, and even 17mm may be too long. Leica M 16-18mm tri-elmar is a wonderful lens that no onne should be without for architecture.

20mm makes FZ70 the first serious all-you-can-shoot camera. Who care the 1200mm, even 600mm I have problem to hold it steady. 20mm will be the killer for any other super P&S.

I bet Sony and Canon will follow immediately, but they better make it 16mm.
