Re: Making video with Canon 600D

Time to try a fast SD card. I use Sandisk 32GB SDHC plain vanilla class 10 card no problems.  I have never seen any flickering or jaggies.  I did see some with my first card, Toshiba 2GB (class unknown).

Dear Chris,

As I've read somewherei, this flickering is the problem of read-out of the sensor. When I so called "svink", there are left-out scenes while the electronics read out the content of the sensor. It is visible direct on the monitor of the camera while live viewing. Interesting, this flickering is more or less visible on the video cameras too!! Up till now I couldn't find a camcorder without this phenomenon. I checked them till 2000 dollars. No exception.

Best regards,

Endre
