GH2, GH3, or Blackmagic pocket cam

Though not true DSLRs, they will give you the best resolution because they are best at downsampling from 16MP to 2MP and have a super high bit rate (the Blackmagic is only 2MP and does not have issues). You can pick up inexpensive F/1.4 legacy lenses (old Canon FD mount, etc) if you want shallow DoF too. The GH3 with native lenses is very good at continuous focusing during video like a camcorder too.

The other options are a Canon 50D or Canon 5DIII and the magic lantern RAW video hack.
