LR5 Auto-Level / Vertical Straighten - Problematic
Has anyone else determined the auto-level function in LR5 does more harm than good? By this I mean I have found several examples where it corrects an image very close but not perfectly level. As a result, to be safe, I have to check the level with each shot anyway. But because it makes it close, it can cause issues if you are in a hurry and try to cut corners.
In summary, unless 99.9% accurate, which it is not, it can get your image into trouble which, in my opinion, devalues any time savings.
