Is it design of new GX?

That design is near perfect.

Hoping it's true and the sensor does not drag it down this time. m4/3 has great appeal to me for i) Sensor size striking the right balance between IQ and camera size/weight and ii) Good lens line-ups. IQ of the sensor stalled me from G5 and G6. E-M5 ticks all the boxes, but that pompous hump really put me off.

Now the RF style body with built-in EVF, the most sensible form for mirror-less, imho. (Isn’t the mirror in there first and foremost for the sake of the VF? Then why build mirror-less cameras like one with a mirror, or omit the VF altogether?)

In comparison, Fujifilm X-E and X-Pro are unnecessarily big (why mirror-less after all?) and the X-Trans sensor is fussy; Sony NEX7 and 6 lack in lens choice - good lens are too expensive and legacy lenses (that I don’t have anyway) have no AF. They are all bigger.

I think this GX7 should convert me to m4/3.
