How should I go about learning Windows 8, books, online tutorials, download videos or what.

Please give me a recommendation based on your personal experience.

If you don't care about the touch interface, just run it in desktop mode and its almost exactly the same as any other Windows desktop.  Its missing the start menu, which for some people is a major inconvenience, and for others is no big deal.  That's what I did, so that's all I have for the 'personal experience' part.  I did web searches on the things that were a little confusing or different, and it didn't take much time to set it up.

If you want to learn the touch interface, web searches will also help if you have specific questions/problems.  Since I haven't used that interface I can't give you any advice in that area as far as formal tutorials are concerned.
