A few

I had purchased the Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM Lens (pancake lens) to go with my 350D awhile ago, it gave the body a very compact feel.

These two were taken on the 4th of July with the set up.

My son at Font Hill, a very old historical home built by Henry Mercer.

This forum is full of great info, that I was watching the thread of the EOS-M for sale for $299. I ordered one with the EF-M 22mm f/2 STM at B&H. Today it came and with the updated firmware, I am impressed.

Of course I have lots to learn and get used to. Already with the touch screen, I changed the settings accidently between shots. That is how sensitive the screen is.

My first pictures came out fair.

By the tenth shot, much improved on this test shot of a ceramic tile.

Shooting Mode Program AE

Av( Aperture Value ) 2.2
ISO Speed 200

I have been reading the EOS-M posts and though pictures will vary by the lenses, I am keeping the small lenses on this camera for now and changing the settings.

Any comments or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for looking.
