You should do your research and search for 'double image + ibis' here. Many example of the problem.

I've shot both Panasonic and Olympus, and I'd agree with the turn of IBIS at least on the E-PL and E-PM models. On my E-PL2, I got sharper images with it off than on, even at shutter speeds where it should theoretically help (e.g., 1/20s at 20mm).

OIS on lenses or IBIS on the E-M5 always stays on--I've never had a problem with either.
