Even more Canon's QC & Dealer Support.

Canon has great QC and dealer support. I was at camera store and the owner showed me 6 EOS Mark ?? they had received a couple of days ago, all 6 had the same problem, their local rep came in and confirmed they were all bad. The dealer asked for a return authorization to send them back to Canon for credit and to have 6 new one shipped to them. Their rep said no, we don’t take stuff back; you need to send them in to service!!! He then told them not to send in all 6 at one time, to only send in 2 for repair every 2 weeks. By the time they sent in the last 2 for service, the bill would be due. The dealer was not happy, but that’s Canon’s great dealer support.
