Fujifilm X20 question on image quality

Hi guys & gals, I am thinking about purchasing a Fujifilm X20, but here are my worries that I wish to have either confirmed or denied:

Thing's I have seen or heard:

The focus is not fast enough for street photography

The focus is to slow to capture a moving target (person walking or anything moving at a walking pace)

The image quality becomes bad after 800 iso

Some people claim it gives you good image quality up to 6400 iso

Thing's I have seen on review websites:

great DOF

Not so great DOF

I have seen great results at iso 1600 in noise

and I have seen TERRIBLE results at iso 800

What is the TRUTH here from daily users?

What website lies & which speaks the truth?

Because they can NOT have this dramatic of a difference depending on the reviewer.

Please if you could also show me 100% crops or samples it would be great.

Fujifilm X20
