That's the name of that type of bee-like fly.  There are a lot of different ones.  For a specific identification, I use  You need to register but they will generally get you an ID pretty quickly.

If you know the general type like wasp or bee or hoverfly, it will return a lot of pictures that you can try to match to.  If you can't find it you can upload your image for ID. has a lot of pictures.
