FF wide angle options

I am looking for options for a sharp wide angle lens for both APC and FF. Primary use: landscape. FF is important for future use (if it ever happens...). Have been looking at the Carl Zeiss 21mm T* 2.8 contax, but boy was I shocked at the prices (above €1000), so not an option. Alternatives I have looked at so far are:

Tokina 17mm F3.5 (but very rare in Pentax mount);

SMC Pentax-A 20mm F2.8 (expensive);

Yashica 2.8/15 Fish-Eye (expensive but too soft in the corners);

SMC Pentax-A 15mm F3.5 (expensive).

Not ready to give in to APC options yet, but they are abundant. First contenders: Pentax SMC DA 12-24mm f/4 AL ED [IF] or the new Samyang 16mm F2 if the distortions are well controlled.

Any thoughts and/or experience with FF wide angles are very welcome!
