Anyone can, and eventually will, get lucky. Here you almost did.

You had an excellent subject with the girl, the lighting and the landscape.

You defend the horizon, but the viewer doesn't care. He sees sloppiness and carelessness. LR and ACR can fix this in 3 seconds.

Others may disagree, but the relationship of the head to the line of clouds is unfortunate, especially the white wisp on top of her head that suggests some disney version of Native American female head dress.

The highlights in the blanket lack texture and contrast.   This is unlike the highlights in the wall and the clouds.   This sloppiness destroys the reading of the photo, since the blanket is in many ways the subject.   PS or LR could fix this problem in 20 seconds.

So this seems like a lucky find where the photographer choose not to use, or to develop, the skills necessary to make it work well as a photo.

I try to avoid Pope's decription of Addison who would "break a butterfly upon a wheel."  (The wheel being a medieval torture device, BTW.)  That is why photos like this, even far better than this, are usually not commented on.   Why spend more time and skill on a comment than the photographer cared to spend on his creation?
