As a complete beginner who requires good shots in order to sell products? Hire a photographer who can make a good lighting setup and just switch between products, quick clean up and pop adjustments in post processing, and give you the results you need. You usually get one chance to impress customers and show that you are a professional outfit, putting up sub standard photos shows that you aren't.

For you starting out from scratch to get this level of photography will take a huge investment of time, forget the camera and lenses, the time alone will cost more than you hiring a pro.

If you want to start photography in the meantime with a view to being able to do this yourself in the future then go for it, but those cameras won't help in the slightest with getting a professional look for output that small.
