My sober voyage into bird photography

I would use Loctite Red in this application.

I would use BLUE instead. Heat has to be applied to get RED to be able to get the screws out. I've used most of the Loc-Tite products in manufacturing.

The voice of experience. I'd never use red on something that I might ever want to unscrew. I used blue all over my motorcycle and it never failed. Before Loctite, stuff always fell off my bikes.
