Well the laws of chemistry state that for every 10 degrees less the battery capacity goes down by half, so -10 is about 8 times less capacity, as soon as the voltage drops, temporarily unavailable...but of course the battery is warmer than the surrounding, if the cam was in your pocket, if the cam is working it warms itself up a bit
