There's no one right answer that doesn't have some sort of compromise.  I personally feel that the image quality from the 100 and 200 primes cannot be beat at any price (almost) so I'm willing to overcome the periodic inconveniences.  The image quality is just another level.

I find the tele-primes fairly easy indoors, but things tend to move around more outdoors so I'm not ruling out a zoom at some point.  A 100-400 is prolly what I'll consider one day; maybe.
