Actually, movement can be less apparent with an ultrawide as well.   For example, when shooting stars with an ultrawide, you can have a longer shutter speed before you begin to see trails than you can when shooting with a telephoto.

I'm thinking more shots with people involved where 2 stops will make a big difference.
