B+W Coated Circular Polarizer filter
Just received my Circ-Pol filter from B+W and it "felt" great, not cheap plastic junk. Upon looking at the optics, on the edge of one side it appears that the coating, I'm assuming that's it, is not so much coming up, but just wasn't coated right. Ever so slightly. Is this normal? Almost looks like a bad tint job on a car, bubbling you could say. I thought at first it was a protective film, but wasn't going to try to rip anything off just incase it isn't a piece of protective "film". Never really used filters before in the 8 years I've been pressing the shutter button so I just simply do not know. I put it on my 24-105 and can't tell a difference in my dimly lit house (it's 9pm here on the east coast, no light left outside). Thoughts?
