Canon.... go back to design school
1

Canon has a lot to learn about mirrorless market. Their new M system is painfully slow, taking pictures of anything that moves, you can forget about it. There are almost no external controls for anything. So far only two native lenses. While you can use adapter and use your EF lenses, what is the point? Why would you buy a compact camera and then use giant DSLR lenses on it? I bought the camera with a lens for $350 brand new during Newegg sale, thats about 50% off from introduction price. Even at the sale price this camera is 50+% overpriced for what it offers.

Build is OK, Image quality is on par with my OM-D, maybe slightly worse.

Bottom line: Canon engineers should go to their local camera store and buy one of the most recent M43 cameras or Sony NEX cameras and design something that actually is usable and has decent perfomance.
