The E-M5 has live view blinkies.  This makes it much easier to set exposure properly than traditional metering.

All PENs have blinkies.

It has two wheels for setting exposure, which makes it much easier to operate than cameras with only one wheel.

E-p1/2/3 all have two wheels.

It has every feature a beginner could reasonably want, with the ability to ignore them if the beginner is not ready. It can be used in auto mode or in manual mode.

How many other cameras have this feature set?

Every PEN ever made.

Auto ISO too which is a big help on Manual.

Once again you are making the case that the E-M5 is not any more difficult to use.
