Re: Question About OM-D for the OM-D Users

My bases are very covered when it comes to big cameras, I was looking for something small and portable with great IQ. I have enjoyed using the OM-D but I'd say that it's only really great if you have really superb glass and I'm not really prepared to invest in fancy M43 lenses right now for portability.

I must admit to being slightly disappointed in the end with the OM-D. Sorry. Each to his own. A few days ago the Canon SL1 arrived and I cant help but say, at the risk of being flamed, that I far prefer it. Great size (no real mirrorless advantage here, size or weight wise), easy to use, fast and super IQ that has much less noise than the OM-D. I think I've finally find something I like where the size is right and the output pretty decent. Sorry, hope I haven't offended anyone, but each to his or her own. I'll keep the OM-D until I decide whether it still has a home with me or not.
