That may be because there isn't one.

Open the User's Manual, then do a right click and select the "Find" option.  A dialog box will open up and remain displayed at the upper right of the screen; when it does input "black and white" and the right arrow (each time you hit the right arrow it will find the next occurrence of the term as you go down through the manual).  If you want to back up (or come to the end of the manual) click on the left pointing arrow.

Is this any way for a beginner to have to operate a camera, just to get to B&W?
