Since I can buy the NX1000+20-50 for 280 euros (less than ex2f -299 euros) I'd like to know a few things about the camera.
1. I read the Imaging-Resource review where the reviewer said that the shot-to-shot time is about 1.3 seconds for RAW. If the image review (after the shot) is disabled, is this time reduced?
2. Can someone use the WiFi remote to start video recording?
3. How good is the lcd screen during a sunny day?
Thank you very much
1. Yes, slightly. You got me to try a test: in manual focus mode and with review off I could take 13 shots in 6 seconds, before the buffer filled up and I had to wait 2-3 seconds to take another. In manual focus with review on I could take 10 shots in 10 seconds at a pretty steady rate. In Single AF mode with review off it was also 10 shots in 10 seconds, but at a varying time between shots. Finally in Single AF mode with review on it was 8 shots in 10 seconds, and it felt slower than that. On all of these I got a head start by having the shutter button halfway pressed before starting the timing. Oh, I guess it's worth mentioning that this was with the 30mm fixed. A few days ago viking79 posted some AF performance times for the different lenses; I recall the 30mm being one of the faster ones.
2. I didn't even know there's a wifi remote.
3. Not very good, it gets pretty washed out. Good enough to compose but not much more.
You're welcome.
