In 10 years I expect mirrorless ilc to be a bigger segment than dslrs.

Hopefully not - hopefully there will be a large enough segment to appreciate longer battery life and a nice optical finder...

You can get a used dslr or older model with lenses fairly cheap.

Hopefully they will work long enough.... Still you can do more with an older DSLR and lenses than with a modern compact or mobile phone.
