Nikon D600 or Canon 6D

Hi, I am going to buy Full Frame DSLR and narrowed my decision down to two models: Either Nikon D600 or Canon EOS 6D.

These are my findings both camera models which features are very important to me :

D600 Positive:
+ Better Autofocus than 6D (39 autofocus points)
+ Built in flash
+ AF assist light

D600 Negative:
- Kit Lens quality (compared to Canon EF 24-105mm F4 / same price range as D600 with 24-85mm kit lens))
- Canon 6D feels better in my hand

These would be the point I would go for 6D:
+ Feel more comfortable than D600 when holding the camera
+ Higher ISO range
+ Built in GPS and WIFI (very cool feature, but if I decide for D600 I could buy the Wifi adapter)
+ Great Kit Lens (Price-wise in combination with body)

- No flash, no AF assist (I really don't know, if low light shooting would be an issue)

I don't have any experience shooting with a Full Frame in low light without flash and light assist. This is my main concern. I also want to avoid carrying so much stuff, i.e. external flash etc.

Do you guys have any good experiences when it comes to low light without using AF assist?

I also don't have the possibility to borrow any camera for testing.
