Turn on 1/8 s anti-shock and forget about it. It can be turned on and off from the SCP if you absolutely want to. I seldom do.

I agree that shutter shock is a major defect, since the camera at default settings will produce blurred images. Yes, the blurring is visible even without pixel peeping! But I think the existing workaround is good enough for now.
