Optimum humidity to store Nikon lenses

Hello fello Nikonians,

RecentlyII have bout a dehumidifier cabinet and have left my beloved Nikon D4, 24-70, 70-200, and the new 80-400 in there.  Before I left overseas I had it set at Medium setting.

I have asked my home caretaker to take a phot of the RH gauge and it was showing approx 16%.   I think this may be too low, but I'm not sure.  It has been like like for about two weeks.  Just before I left the RH was showing 50%, I guess the cabinet have absorbed most of the moisture by now compared to when I left.

So having my lens and camera in there for nearly 3 weekstat such a low RH, should I be afraid that greases and rubber dry up?

What's the Most suitable RH to store the gear in?
