Not only is the rail distracting, it also runs through the head, and so does the path, you also chopped a bit off the top of her head. You're looking down on her, it's better to get down to eye level and look eye to eye. The white balance is not correct so the skin tones are greenish. It's better to frame people looking into the frame, ie the back of their head is closer to the edge of the frame than the front. Remember the rule of thirds too.

On the other hand this is a great shot, a  bit cramped but skin tones are better, rule of thirds, looking into the frame ,nothing running through the head.
